[“They are trapped in lives of misery often beaten, starved, and forced to work as prostitutes or to take grueling jobs as migrant, domestic, restaurant, or factory workers with little or no pay.”   This is the FBI description of human trafficking victims.]

[The U.S. State Departments annual Trafficking in Persons Report 2013 is here.]

Mexican drug cartels control most human trafficking into the U.S.  And profit handsomely from it.  Human trafficking is a major responsibility of US intelligence and law enforcement communities.

So it should come as a shock that the Department of Homeland Security is actively engaging in human trafficking.

The DHS role in this illegal activity was exposed by US Judge Andrew Hanen. In a criminal court proceeding, he learned that an illegal alien living in Virginia engaged a resident alien to smuggle a 10-year old girl into the U.S. from Mexico.

The smuggler was caught. DHS then took custody of the young girl and delivered her to the illegal alien completing the mission of the criminal conspiracy.  The illegal alien claimed the child is hers a statement not proved to the court.  The illegal alien was not arrested, prosecuted or deported.  DHS gave her the child and left.

One in four sex trafficking victims is Hispanic.  Forty percent are underage.  Just like the girl DHS delivered to the illegal alien.

This was the fourth identical case the judge saw in just a month. With DHS delivering the child trafficking victim to the organizer in each case.

The administration isnt just turning a blind eye to illegal aliens. Its actively engaging in the human trafficking of children.  Some of whom may become victims of the sex trade.
